We are a community of people seeking Truth in a culture that doubts that it is out there. Together we desire to understand the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Bible. This is our journey, and we are all at different points – it’s not about how far you’ve come, but which direction you’re headed. More here.

Who are we?

We are students, faculty, volunteers and full-time ministry staff. We come from different backgrounds and have different stories. Some of us grew up hearing about Jesus Christ, some of us only recently have begun to wrestle with his claims and the claims of the faith named after him. We know that we’re flawed & we know we’re not perfect. In our imperfection we welcome others who are imperfect (even if we welcome them imperfectly). About Cru.

Pittsburgh Metro Cru is a part of the international ministry/movement known as Campus Crusade for Christ. Despite connotations that the name might convey, we do not affirm the validity of the historical Crusades or any movement that seeks to further a religious cause through violence or coercive methods.

Campus Crusade is a movement of students on thousands of university campuses around the world who are seeking God. We are a global movement for the world’s culturally diverse students. Come on in, look around, and see what we have to offer.

Where are we?

Our group is currently active in one way or another on 7 campuses in the Pittsburgh Metro area. We hope to expand our presence to every campus – university, college, trade school, etc. – within the southwestern corner of Pennsylvania.
